Ramah Children's Weekends are a wonderful opportunity for
children to experience a Shabbat at Ramah with their religious school. Sports and hiking, singing and Israeli dancing,
as well as exciting evening programs, combine to make the celebration of Shabbat and a weekend at Camp Ramah a special
experience. All of our weekends revolve around a special theme, making Jewish history and culture exciting.
Our weekends are open to students from across Southern California in grades 3-7. Campers are housed in modern heated cabins and are supervised by trained personnel, many of whom were Ramah campers themselves, and most of whom continue to spend their summers at Ramah.
To assure a space for your child, please call your local Synagogue for an application. Please be advised that enrollment for each weekend is on a first come-first served basis, through synagogue Religious School.
The program begins Friday afternoon before Shabbat, and will end on Sunday morning. The $120.00 fee includes meals, housing, and transportation from a Los Angeles area synagogue (a suggested clothing list and all transportation information will be sent out once enrollment is completed).
