Our Mador/Madrega program is a 9-week leadership training program. Mador offers a two-part comprehensive training structure. Our 'Madorniks' are active both "in the field" as counselors in the bunks of our youngest campers, as well as "in the classroom" with special sessions led by experts in a variety of fields, including education, rabbinic's, psychology, and child development.

The Mador/Madrega application process includes a written application, references, and an interview. Applicants should be active in their Jewish communities (Hebrew High schools, Jewish youth groups, teaching, etc.).   Applications must be submitted online by Tuesday, December 13, 2012.
